The alien can roll into a solid ball that is nearly impossible to harm, which makes it even more dangerous despite its agility and speed.

Utilize the hero's spherical shape to its fullest potential. This is not difficult because speed is associated with no less useful qualities. For instance, the durability of the exterior shell, which is impervious to the impacts of artificial combat acids and molten lava. Even a laser beam will not damage it, though not for very long.
