Large-scale city construction is a challenging and multi-stage process. The player is given the opportunity to genuinely become familiar with all of the aspects of this process while attempting to transform a tiny community into a sizable metropolis. Being vigilant is all that is required for this.

The player is initially given a view of a specific location on the screen with several parcels of land situated there. Each of these plots has a specified value in the form of a certain sum of money, which is denoted on a plate that has been placed there. There are 100 game coins available to the player at the start of the game (upper left part of the screen). Simply click on the various land plots with the left mouse button to purchase them with this money. The purchased sites can accommodate a variety of buildings, which will inevitably generate money. Earned money can be utilized to enhance built structures as well as buy new land, which will increase their value and increase their potential for profit. Combining two of the same sorts of buildings can also improve them.
