The game is modeled on Pokemon tournaments, where players face the most bizarre monsters all summer long. By supporting the game's protagonist and helping him assemble an effective squad, every player can participate in such a novel combat.

The game has a variety of stages that alternately replace one another. Each level will be more difficult than the one before it, requiring the player to work even more to complete it. Each level begins with the appearance of a Pokémon Trainer. He will start the test alone, and the player's job is to assist him in putting together a group of formidable monsters that will battle rivals at the finish line. The coach will individually run in front when the level begins. To ensure that he is moving in the right route and acquiring as many eggs as possible along the way, use the mouse to direct his progress. These eggs will afterward aid in recruiting monsters for the team. Such creatures are displayed in frames, each with a number printed above them. It specifies the number of eggs that must be exchanged for the monster.
